To neither of them she abides by anymore

Greater I am , Greater I am
started fighting the river banks
And it wasn't long after this
That she started flowing on all its own
and to neither of them she abides by anymore.

I sing

We know them all,
We know them all,
They complain, when I sing
the same old songs
over and over again .
What else could I sing
if I sing not to enlighten others
but for myself to revise ?

I pray Thee(Part 2 )

Not I pray Thee to give me
the power that I never fail
Not I pray thee to give me
the power that I always succeed
I pray Thee that I remain
grateful to all who help me succeed
and that I stand with courage
and myself alone I blame whenever I fail.

If enjoyed by heart

They say, things appear beautiful only
When seen from far
When found , If enjoyed by heart
and observed by eyes which ain't
eying anything else afar
You will find them more beautiful
than they actually are!!

Excusively of Me

They say how terrible
the day of your death would be
People will keep on talking and
you won't be able to argue back ?
I am happy that at least, people
will talk exclusively of me.

Alone we

I asked the Big Banyan tree
standing tall at the end of the road
You know, you may be great, I said
but you cannot stand against the mightier winds
You will one day be uprooted by the winds
Your dignity and majesty will all be gone!
May be one day, he said ,
I may be no more,
Nor will be there these rich branches of mine,
Nor will be there any flowers and birds
But all other trees, I do know for sure ,
Will be moaning with me ,
many would even fall with me ,
Birds would weep and pray long for me
I will be rooted out ; but by an Outsider !
I will finally sleep; but in peace
with my loved ones around and sharing the plight!

I pray Thee (Part1)

I pray Thee not that you give me
all the riches in the world
I pray Thee not that you give me
the wisdom and the eternal peace
But I pray thee as It's only in these moments
I realize there is no need of anything anymore.
