Sounds strange, isn't it? But I was seriously touched by the movie 'Mera Naam Joker' .This Raj Kapoor movie is one of the very few movies which can startle an unsentimental like me from within. By and large we all assume, may be unconsciously , that we are immune enough to such penetrations(and at times we even feel proud for such callousness! ), but sometimes few things do penetrate us and leave us retrospecting and pensive.
We do know that all pain and troubles are part and parcel of life and one doomed with the greatest share should bear it all alone and if we get an opportunity to get few of our minor threadbare problems solved by burdening someone with a Saragossa sea of problems , we as a perfect human being should leverage it out. It may sound all crazy but we all do this, we all invent plots to pull others down and move up the ladder , live in disguise , move on after relations cease to be profitable anymore. "Use and throw" and "move on" are the only rules we seem to follow. But yeah where lies the problem?If everyone is is playing the same game why should one complain ? Reasons- we aren't that much civilized yet and there are people like joker who do care for others, who do take pains to come back the whole path leaving everything behind just to give you a helping hand! Who don't mind waiting for ages for you to catch them up and still pray for your success if you move on afterward leaving them in lurch. Look around you there are many jokers , and much to our surprise they are more civilized. They may not be successful but certainly are better human beings . They may not have many things to boast of , but are never short of love and affection. And to be very honest these jokers have kept the humanity and civilization alive and intact sometimes in form of a mother , sometimes in form of a father, sometime in form of a friend , or even at times in form of a complete stranger, and we owe all our success to them !
